We offer 2 main loan products for investors and builders:
100% of purchase and renovation/construction costs on a fix and flip, or ground up project.
90% of purchase and 100% of renovation on a fix and flip, and ground up project.
While the 100% product is great, there are some scenarios where the 90/100 product makes more sense.
